Delivery
To enable us to offer our products on this website at such exceptional prices and deliver them to your home in Spain, Portugal and France etc we hold them all in stock pre built in our factory warehouse to where we ship them directly to you.
The process runs as follows
Step one.
Once we receive your order it’s processed and sent from our head office to the factory warehouse and pulled from stock into dispatch.
Step 2
Once we dispatch your order onto one of our delivery vans you will receive an email from our transport department to inform you that your order has been dispatched and your designated drivers details.
Step 3.
Your designated driver will contact you as he departs for his delivery run.
Step 4.
Your designated driver will update you as he makes his way around his delivery run by way of SMS message service and will inform you when he will arrive at your property with plenty of notice.
Step 5.
The deliveries are split into delivery runs for our in house delivery teams, these are split into area runs.

North Portugal
France ( divided into area delivery runs East/ West / North / South.

We always state our current delivery lead times at the top of this page as you can see above, please note this are approximate average lead times, to which we always attempt to shorten. FULL DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION PROCESS

After you have placed your order online the delivery process begins immediately. 

As you will see in our 5 star Trust Pilot customer reviews, we supply a full and professional delivery / customer communication service, from placing your order to the full delivery to your home. 
Please find below the step by step guide to our full delivery procedure
Step A.
Delivery Van leaves for Europe
At this stage you will receive an update email message from our Transport and Logistics department
Step B
On arrival to Europe you again are updated by your Designated driver.
Step C
Your driver will confirm with you when he expects to be at your property.
Step D
Your driver will update you with more timed detail as he approaches your home with regular updates.
Step E.
During the delivery run which can be several hundreds of miles, they keep you updated by SMS as to their progress.  
They also give you an indication of when they will actually deliver, the nearer they get to your location.
Finally they will SMS message you when they are one hour away and then again 30 minutes away from your home.
Step F.
We deliver to your home!
We always also attempt to beat our standard lead times, getting your order to you as soon as possible.
